After earning my degree in Baking & Pastry from Johnson & Wales, I spent many years in pastry kitchens at resorts and bakeries, where I’ve practiced the art of precision behind making sweet treats. Today, I’m grateful to bring that experience into my own home bakery, where I specialize in handcrafted cookies and custom desserts made with care.

Before following my sweet tooth to Johnson & Wales I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in Biology. Baking is basically delicious chemistry- so my science background sure comes in handy!

I love listening to audiobooks while cookie decorating. Historical Fiction is my favorite! When I’m not baking, I’m spending time with my family. My husband is my biggest supporter (and often my unofficial taste tester!), and together we’re raising two wonderful kids who inspire me every day.
